Newtown children up to age 9 are invited for Newtown Parks & Recreation’s annual Halloween Pizza Party at Dickinson Park.

This year’s party is scheduled for Thursday, October 24, from 4:30 until 6:15 pm. Requested donation is $1 per person, and attendees are also asked to bring a bag of candy for Main Street residents.

“There is no limit for Thursday – the more the merrier,” says Parks & Rec Assistant Director of Recreation RoseAnn Reggiano.

Costumes are definitely encouraged. There will be Halloween games and fun, and the party will end with a spooky hay ride.
