To the Editor:

Newtown has an opportunity to “put a round peg in a round hole” this November by electing attorney Tim Holian as its next Judge of Probate.

Tim has lived in Newtown for his entire life and has practiced law locally since the early eighties. He is experienced, intelligent, and has the professional demeanor and the level of compassion and understanding necessary for the position.

I believe that Tim has all of the qualities necessary to be an excellent Judge of Probate for Newtown, and that he will make the strongest candidate for Judge of Probate in the new, expanded district of Newtown, Bethel, Redding, and Ridgefield when the election for that position is held in November, 2010. Please don’t waste this opportunity. Elect the right person for the job now, and provide Newtown with a strong candidate for the job in the future. Elect Tim Holian our next Judge of Probate.
