Fall For SCAN’s Artistic Creations

The Society of Creative Arts of Newtown will present its 2010 Fall Art Show & Sale Friday through Sunday, October 22-24. It will be in the lower meeting room of Newtown Meeting House, 31 Main Street. Admission is free and the show will run from 10 am to 5 pm daily.

The annual fall art exhibition and sale will showcase beautiful, original artwork by local artists to benefit the Society of Creative Arts of Newtown, a regional nonprofit arts organization that provides training and advocates for member artists and connects the community to the arts.

In addition to the regular show hours the public is invited to the opening reception on Friday, October 22, from 6 to 8 pm.
