As vice president of Fairfield County Town Clerks Association, I am writing to endorse my fellow clerk and former vice president, Debbie Aurelia Halstead, MCTC, MMC, for her fifth term as Newtown’s town clerk.

Debbie has the experience and education it requires to fulfill the multitude of responsibilities and statutorily required tasks to maintain and protect the records of Newtown.
