To the Editor:

It is with great pleasure that I recommend Angela Curi for Newtown Legislative Council District 1.

I have known Angela for ten years. Her wit, drive, and intelligence are an inspiration for me. Not only does she have a full-time job, but she is a great mother with two children in the Newtown school system.

I have concerns over the direction Newtown has been taking over the last few years and feel we need calm, reasonable, and fiscally responsible individuals to be guiding us. Angela is the perfect person for this position. Although she is very conservative, I know she is fair and always looks at both sides of the situation, something which will help Newtown prosper into the future.

I admire that with her full schedule, she is willing to take on this volunteer position. As she does with everything, she will give it all she has and that is why I am endorsing this wonderful candidate.

Please vote on November 2 for Angela Curi; it is what is good for our town.
