Wilton HS To Host Ugandan Youth
Storytelling & Musical Theatre
 WILTON â The public is invited to enjoy performances by Abantu-Mu Buntu, a group of talented 10-19-year old singers, dancers and drummers from Kampala, Uganda, who will be giving two family performances on Saturday, November 5. Shows are scheduled for 4 and 7:30 pm at Wilton High School.
Audience members will be transported to the heart of Africa in a vibrant performance featuring the telling of Kakookolo, a Ugandan folk tale, along with a variety of traditional tribal dances and songs. Â Interactive numbers will provide viewers with the opportunity to sing and dance with the young Africans.
Tickets are $16 for adults and $12 for students.
The Ugandan musicians are appearing in the tri-state area courtesy of Creative Connectionsâ International Young Performersâ Tour.
