Matt Pachniuk (Wheaton College men’s soccer) – Matt Pachniuk set the school mark for career wins with his 51st, a 4-2 non-conference win over Worcester State in which the senior made three saves. The record of 50 was set by Jon Girolamo in 1998. Pachniuk also has a share of Girolamo’s shutout record, 26.

Marcus Tracy (Wake Forest men’s soccer) – Wake Forest was in state last week to take on the University of Connecticut and captured a 1-0, double-overtime win. Through 15 games for the 12-2-1 Demon Deacons, Tracy has four goals and an assist for nine points.

Casey Frobey (Fairfield University women’s soccer) – For the second time this season, Frobey was named Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) Rookie of the Week after leading the Lady Stags through a 3-0-2 week in which the freshman raised her team-high total to 10 goals. Frobey is second in the MAAC in goals-scored. In the anticipated battle between Fairfield and Manhattan (where former teammate Alex Konneker now plays), Frobey scored two goals in a 5-0 win.

Diana Grimaldi (Emmanuel College women’s volleyball team) – The Lady Saints won their seventh match in a row and ran their record to 10-10 with wins over Roger Williams, Eastern Nazarene, Western New England, Wentworth Institute, and Rivier College. Grimaldi has played in 48 games with 69 kills, 19 service aces, 14 digs and 32 blocks.

Ryan Tracy (University of Pennsylvania men’s soccer) – Through 11 games for the 7-3-1 Quakers, Tracy has a team-high four goals with two assists.

Nicole Sieber (Western Connecticut State University women’s soccer) – The Lady Colonials improved to 15-0 with wins over Rhode Island, Western New England and Plymouth State. Sieber had an assist in the 6-0 win over WNEC to give her four goals and six assists for the season.

Tara Gaston (Gettysburg College women’s soccer) – Has played in 13 games, starting 11, for the 9-4-1 Lady Bullets and has tallied one goal.

Alex Konneker (Manhattan College women’s soccer) – Scored a goal in the 10-5-1 Lady Jaspers’ 7-0 win over Delaware State University on October 11, giving her four goals and two assists for the season.

Chelsea Morin (Ursinus College women’s soccer) – Scored her first goal of the season in a 2-1 win over Lebanon Valley on October 11.

Mike Troy (Fairfield University men’s soccer) – The senior defender scored two goals in three games and earned the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Player of the Week Award. Troy scored a goal in a 2-1 double overtime loss to Harvard and then scored in a 2-1 double-overtime win over Saint Peter’s College. His three goals are the most by an defender on the 15th-ranked Stags.

Rachel Bolmer (Western Connecticut State University field hockey) – Has a team-high four goals for the 1-10-0 Lady Colonials.

Brian Miles (Montclair State men’s soccer) – Notched an assist as Montclair defeated Kean University, 3-0, on October 11, giving him four assists for the year.

Erin Clark (Colgate University field hockey) – Has played in two games for the 2-10-0 Red Raiders and had an assist on the lone goal in a 9-1 loss to Lock Haven on September 16.

Brendan Cavanaugh (Roger Williams University men’s soccer) – Tallied his second goal of the season as Roger Williams topped Anna Maria, 2-1. He scored at the 41-minute mark to snap a 0-0 tie.

Stephanie Logan (Quinnipiace University volleyball) – Had nine kills, a service ace, four digs and two blocks as the 1-21 Lady Bobcats won their first match of the season, a 3-0 sweep of St. Francis College of New York on October 15.
