This all-day seminar features four veterinarians who specialize in treating horses through alternative medicine. This seminar looks at holistic medicine, magnetic therapy and chiropractic/acupuncture therapies.

In the morning session starting at 9.15 AM, Dr. Steven Tobin will explain the values of holistic medicine to treat horses and how he evaluates the best approach for each case. He will be followed by Dr. Michael Strazza, who will discuss and demonstrate the value of magnets as a healing therapy and how these can be used on equines.

The afternoon session starting at 2 PM will feature Dr. Angela Erickson who will explain and demonstrate both chiropractic and acupuncture treatments, which she uses regularly to help a great many horses return to normal work and pain-free lives. These are both ancient healing methods that have been proven to work over the centuries and now coming back into regular use.

There will time for questions and a break for lunch. Admission is $40 for all day and $25 for either AM or PM sessions. A pre-registration discount is available by calling Carole Baker at 203-596-4631.
