Molière At PHS, November 9-18

SOUTHBURY — The Black Box Theatre at Pomperaug High School will present Molière’s comedy, The Learned Ladies, for two weekends in November.

The production will feature the translation by Molière scholar, actor and director Timothy Mooney, author of Acting at The Speed of Life. It is directed by Pomperaug Theatre Company’s (PTC) Artistic Director Paul E. Doniger of Newtown.

PTC once again has put together a strong cast of students, and an equally strong crew.

Performance dates are Friday through Sunday, November 9-18, with curtain at 7:30 on Fridays and Saturdays, and 2:30 on Sundays. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors, and Region 15 staff. Seating is limited to 85 per show, so make reservations are suggested.

Tickets will also be sold at the door as seating permits.
