John E.        Thibdeau
John E. Thibdeau, 67, of Sandy Hook, died October 15, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Stamford, January 14, 1945, the son of Leon E. and Anne M. Moore Thibdeau.
His wife, Mary M. âPeggyâ Thibdeau; his son, Christopher of Smyrna, Ga.; daughters Suzanne Thibdeau, and partner Leda Robinson, of Wethersfield and Lauren Thibdeau, and fiancé Michael Boyce, of Milton, Vt.; three granddaughters; brother Michaelâ and his wife Lynne, of Altamont, N.Y.; special friend Joanne Miville; two brothers- in-law; and several nieces and nephews survive Mr Thibdeau. He was predeceased by his parents and sister, Carol Anne Wakeman.
The family wishes to thank Dr Marc Rappaport, the nurses and staff at Praxair Cancer, nurses and staff on the 11th floor at Danbury Hospital, Masonicare Hospice, and Jen DeMartino for their excellent care and support.
There will be no calling hours. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St Peter Church, 104 Main Street, Danbury, Saturday October 20, at 11 am.
