Annual Craft Fair At Reed School Saturday

Members of Newtown United Methodist Church will present their annual Fall Arts and Crafts Fair on Saturday, October 20, from 10 am to 4 pm, at Reed Intermediate School, 3 Trades Lane.

More than 30 professional artisans will offer their handcrafted items, including jewelry, fine art, folk art, floral pieces, quilts, knitted items, photography, gourmet apples, jams and jellies, holiday decorations, doll clothes, wooden items, birdhouses,  pottery and much more. Also available will be $25 theme baskets, baked goods, luncheon items and an opportunity for families to register their children in the nationwide AMBER Alert Identification System.

Some of the items offered at their popular silent auction are a night for two at a local hotel, a diamond and tanzanite ring, a toaster oven, cartoon character clocks, a golf bag, sports memorabilia, and gift cards to local restaurants.

Admission is free.
