To the Editor:

This is to endorse Mark Boland for Board of Finance representative. My wife Linda and I lived in Newtown for more than 20 years. We are both still active members of the Newtown community. We have known Mark Boland for a long time and he is man of integrity and honesty. Mark Boland understands all the responsibilities that comes with the BOF position and has the necessary qualifications needed.

He has proven to be a thoughtful and analytical member of the BOF. Mark will take the time to fully understand the issues before the BOF and will make the right decisions to spend tax dollars wisely. I would urge all to please reelect Mark Boland to the Newtown Board of Finance.
