Music Centre Searching For Youth Chorus Director

DANBURY — Danbury Music Centre has an opening for a highly qualified director of children’s choruses to lead the 2009 Summer Enrichment Youth Chorus program for students in grades 3-12. A focus on classical music, experience working as a director of children’s choruses, ability to grow the program, and strong piano skills are a plus. 

The two-week program takes place evenings in July at the music center, culminating in a performance. It is a paid position.

All resumes are due by November 14 and a decision will be made in February.
