Frank Tiso

A Son & Brother

Frank Tiso, 48, of Mount Vernon, N.Y., died Thursday, October 9. He was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, a son of Carmine Tiso of Sandy Hook and the late Margaret (Santangelo) Tiso.

Frankie was a graduate of Tuckahoe High School and was employed as a sales associate for Tiso Appliance Co.

In addition to his father, survivors include a sister, Patricia Fragola and her husband, Peter, of Bethel; a brother, John, and his wife, Lauren, of Chelmsford, Mass.; and six nieces and nephews: Peter, Vincent, and Tricia Fragola, and Danny, Nicholas, and Katie Tiso.

Friends were received on Sunday, October 12, at Honan Funeral Home in Newtown. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at the Church of St Mary in Bethel on Monday, October 13. Interment followed in St Mary’s Cemetery.
