To the Editor:

In my opinion, the Town of Newtown has a great candidate for town clerk in the incumbent, Debbie Aurelia.

Debbie is most knowledgeable, having spent several years working in the office of the town clerk, and attending on-going training and classes. She is an energetic, mature, and personable young woman who is an asset to the town.

It is a pleasure to enter the town clerk’s office and be greeted with a smile, courtesy, and a willingness to help in anyway, not only by Debbie, but by her entire staff.

I would urge the voters of Newtown to vote for such a unique individual. I have known Debbie for several years and know of her interest in and love for the town.
