To the Editor:

Some of the best people I know are those who’ve devoted their lives to others.  They are also the ones who touch and represent the best interests of people at some of the most sensitive times.  This is why our community would be best served by reelecting Joe Egan as Probate Judge.

Probate can be a time of stress. Whether an estate, divorce, custody, guardianship, personal protection, children, seniors, or our money and homes, no one works harder than Joe or cares so deeply about people in their time of greatest need.  Much like his dedication to his own family, he is genuinely invested in the population he serves.

Joe epitomizes the qualities we wish for in a public servant.  He doesn’t do the job for the title.  He’s knowledgeable, dedicated, and shows sincere concern for people and their best interests. His keen intelligence, high degree of moral integrity, and compassion make him one of the most fair-minded people I know.  In order for ethical decisions to be made in court, we need a probate judge like Joe who is truly committed to looking out for the safety and well being our community.

With a concentration in property and probate, Joe has been practicing law for nearly 40 years with 20 years of judicial experience.  He's well prepared to continue the duties of probate judge he has been successfully performing for the past many years.

I’m honored to call Joe Egan a friend for 35 years, and endorse him without reservation.
