Newtown’s Talent To Air On Cable

The October 9 Cultural Arts Commission’s We’ve Got Talent musical variety show, which was presented at Newtown High School, will air on Charter cable television this weekend and next.

A host of Newtown’s youth and adults brought their songs, dance, music, and more to a large audience for the first time this year.

“Performers sang, danced, played, surprised, delighted, and dazzled an audience of several hundred,” reported group mentor Susan Lang. “It is difficult to say who enjoyed the evening more: the audience, the young performers, or the adults who worked with students.

“Everyone enjoyed the experience tremendously, and left Newtown High School already planning for next year,” she added.

Whether you were there in the auditorium and want to enjoy the show again or were unable to attend and want to see some of Newtown’s most talented residents, Charter Communications is giving everyone that change. We’ve Got Talent will be aired on Charter CTV-21 on Sunday, October 17, at 2 and 5 pm, and again on October 24, also at 2 and 5 pm.
