To the Editor:

I am writing to encourage support for Janet Kuzma, a candidate for the Board of Education.

I met Janet last year when our children were in class together. I knew immediately that she believes in doing what is right for our kids. As a mother of four children, in different age brackets, she is aware of what children need to thrive on many different levels.

Last year when my own kids were struggling with some pandemic-related issues, Janet took the time to listen to my concerns and then advocated for them with her public comments at meetings and conversations with leadership in our district.

I firmly believe that if it’s in the best interest of the kids that she will fight for it. While I know she will be a strong advocate for our children, I also have no doubt that she will be willing to listen to both sides and compromise for the best choice.

I hope you will join me in voting for the Kuzma, Larkin, Ramsey team on November 2.
