Scary Good … Nightmares Win Tourney

The Newtown Nightmares U11 boys’ travel soccer team won the Rocky Hill Tournament this past weekend, scaring up 14 goals in four wins.

The team beat the Rocky Hill Hawks 3-0, Newington 3-1, Colchester Blue 1-0, and the Weathersfield Killer Bees 7-2. The tournament win was a true team effort with the defense allowing only three goals while the offense got contributions from everyone with almost every offensive player scoring.
