New Workshop Series For Women
New Workshop Series For Women
NYFS is presenting a new workshop series, âWomen in Midlife: Reevaluate & Rediscover.â
This workshop is targeted to women from 45-60 years old who may be worried about where their life is going, focusing on what they are losing rather than being open to new possibilities, feeling invisible in a youth supreme culture, and wanting to make changes but not sure where to begin.
Patricia Becker, LCSW, who will be facilitating the workshop, explains midlife as âa time to reevaluate our lives, careers, and relationships; it can be the most positive and productive time in our lives when we learn to set new goals and expectations.â Pat hopes to educate women about midlife, examine fears and explore the unique challenges that this stage of life presents.
The series started on Thursday, October 13, from 6:30-7:30 pm, and will continued for five more weeks. Cost is $60 for the full series. For more information or to sign up call Kaitlyn at 203-426-8103.
