To the Editor:

Please join me in supporting Judit DeStefano for Legislative Council for District 1. In her first term on the Legislative Council (LC), Judit showed herself to be tenacious and conscientious, not one to back down from difficult questions. Judit's intelligence, commitment, and ability to work constructively with others have been a tremendous asset to the LC. She truly listens to the concerns of her constituents and follows through. Newtown needs LC members like Judit who can show respect to others and garner respect in return in order to work together to move our beloved town forward and enable it to flourish.
