John Klopfenstein, president of Curtiss & Crandon Realtors, 45 Main Street, has announced the affiliation of Terry Coulter, Kathleen Martin and Kathy Quinn with the Curtiss & Crandon office.

Ms Coulter is experienced in working with first-time homebuyers, in residential sales and relocations. She has been recognized as a top producer. Ms Coulter has lived in Newtown with her husband, George, and their children, Lauren and Chris, for four years.

Kathleen Martin’s real estate background includes seven years of administrative experience in real estate including a position with the Newtown Board of Realtors. A resident of Newtown for 18 years, she lives in Sandy Hook with her husband, Bruce, and children Caitlin and Christopher.

Kathy Quinn is an experienced realtor and multimillion dollar producer who has completed Floyd Wickman’s Sweathog course, an intensive real estate sales and marketing program, and has an MBA from the University of Connecticut. She will specialize in residential sales in Newtown and the surrounding areas. Ms Quinn and her husband, George, have lived in Newtown since 1979 and have a son, Eric.
