Healthy Grieving

SOUTHBURY — Hospice and Palliative Care of Connecticut VNA in conjunction with Brownstein Jewish Family Service will again offer free bereavement support for area residents.

Meetings take place in the library at the Walzer Family Jewish Community Campus, 444 Main Street North. The series is entitled “Healthy Grieving” and will take place on seven consecutive Tuesday mornings from 10:30 am until noon. The next series will start on October 23 and running until December 4.

Cecilia Baranowski, Connecticut VNA’s Hospice Bereavement Coordinator, will facilitate the group. Sessions are free and open to anyone who has experienced a loss.
