Pet Adoption On Saturday

WOODBURY – Animals For Life, an all volunteer, non-destroy, non-profit animal rescue organization, will be holding a public adoption for kittens, cats, puppies and dogs on Saturday, October 16 from 11 am to 4 pm at Hollow Park in Woodbury.

Many felines and canines of every size, age, long hair, short hair and color are waiting for loving, caring, responsible homes. All have been examined by a veterinarian, received immunizations and if old enough, have been spayed or neutered.

During the past three years the organization has placed over one thousand animals in homes. It has no shelter and relies entirely on volunteer foster care. New members who would like to donate time or talent in any amount are most welcome.

Donations of pet carriers, cages, crates, Hav-a-Hart traps, litter, pet supplies and tax deductible monetary contributions are needed. For directions or further information about this event and the organization call 267-6777.
