To The Editor:

We ask the people of Newtown to please join us in supporting Paul Lundquist in his re-election to Newtown's Legislative Council, District 1. Paul has been active in the Newtown community as an elected official on the Legislative Council for the past six years and as an active member in a number of local community organizations.

It is rare to find people that possess the intellect, integrity, and innate sense of fairness that Paul displays.

His calm demeanor, ability to connect, listen, and communicate with people make him a natural leader. Paul is a genuine person who takes the time to consider all angles of an issue, incorporating various viewpoints before forming his opinion.

We are thankful that Paul represents Newtown on the Legislative Council. Our community has undoubtedly benefited from his tireless service as he works in good faith with the other members of the council for the benefit of all Newtown's residents.
