To the Editor:

After 46 great years I no longer live in Newtown; however, I am there every day, sometimes three times. Thus I still feel a part of the town and feel comfortable in adding my voice in support of Dan O'Grady. I have spoken with people whom he has helped in former years when he was a probate judge. They are always thankful for his help.

I did not know Dan then. My acquaintance with him is much more recent. We are both members of the Newtown Lions Club. As a Lion he has been very helpful, assisting in such project as the Orchard Hill Nature Center cleanup, taking the Mustang out, and several other projects, as well as being a director of the club. He has proved himself hardworking, responsible, and thoughtful.

Thus, I think he would make an excellent judge of probate and wish I could vote for him.
