To the Editor:

It is a great pleasure to endorse our state representative for the 106th District. When I first met Mitch [Bolinsky], he was serving as pack committee chairman for the Newtown Cub Scouts. Previously, he had served as cubmaster and den leader.

Mitch has also served on the Legislative Council, Economic Development Commission, and Board of Ethics. Currently, he also serves as a justice of the peace. Whatever organization Mitch has volunteered for, he has always been the first one to roll up his sleeves and get to work. He brings broad experience in working across the aisle with a bipartisan spirit. That has been in great evidence in Hartford, and he has worked tirelessly to represent Newtown.

Mitch also has earned the reputation of being thoroughly prepared when discussing issues. These are the value-added competencies we need from our state representative in the 106th District. Please join me in supporting Mitch Bolinsky for reelection on November 8.
