CycleINPlace will be hosting an open house on Thursday, October 17, from 4:30 to 6 pm at its indoor cycling studio at 274 South Main Street (Plaza South).

Attendees will have an opportunity to learn about the benefits of cycling and learn how to use the state-of-the-art cycles with monitors.

Owners Molly Basak-Smith and Mitzi Hayes will give guests a tour of the facility and answer any questions. Light refreshments and wine will also be available. The event is free to attend and open to anyone.

At CycleINPlace specially trained instructors lead cycling classes with motivational music and choreographed workout sets. Indoor cycling burns 400-800 calories per ride, conditions the core, and improves fitness.

Additional information is available by calling 203-304-9738 or visiting www.cycleinplace.com

CycleINPlace has fundraisers planned for February 16, which will raise funds for  Gabby Giffords and Mark Kelly’s Americans for Responsible Solutions PAC; and March 2, when it will host its second annual Pedal To End Cancer, for the American Cancer Society.
