To Meet

BETHEL — The monthly meeting of Area Chapter 2449, American Association of Retired Persons, will be at 1 pm, October 24, in the Bethel Municipal Building on School Street. After a brief business meeting the speaker, Dr Samuel Markind, MD, will give a talk on “Brain Attack: Prevention and Treatment for Stoke.” Members are reminded to bring Christmas gifts for the residents of Mediplex.

Refreshments will be served and all are welcome.
