Robert A. Petrini

Robert A. Petrini, 42, of Milwaukee Avenue, Bethel, died at Danbury Hospital October 7 as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident that morning in Bethel.

He was the brother of Joseph E. Petrini of Newtown.

He was born in Danbury, August 25, 1958, son of Joseph A. and Edith (Cotugno) Petrini of Bethel. He had attended Bethel schools and had worked as a computer programmer.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sons, Robert A. Petrini, Jr, of New Milford and Anthony R. Petrini of Bethel; a daughter, Ashley B. Petrini of Bethel; his companion, Lindsay Searles of Bethel; two sisters, Marie Douglas and her husband Philip and Donna J. Petrini, all of New Milford, and several nephews. He was pre-deceased by a daughter, Bridget C. Petrini, in 1989.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St Mary Church, Bethel, on October 11. Burial took place in Wooster Cemetery, Danbury.
