Raymond Nacewicz, 85, of Stratford, beloved husband of the late Mary Ellen Sullivan Nacewicz, died peacefully October 3, with his loving family by his side. He was born November 16, 1928, in Bridgeport, and was the son of the late Walter and Anna Murzyn Nacewicz.

Two sons, Neil Nacewicz, and wife Dawn, of Sandy Hook and Timothy Nacewicz of Stratford; cherished grandchildren, Kurt, Max, and Emily; and a nephew and niece survive Mr Nacewicz. In addition to his beloved wife of 55 years, one brother, Edward Nacewicz, predeceased Mr Nacewicz.

He was a self-employed business owner and also cherished spending precious time with family.

Funeral services took place October 7. Interment was in St Michael’s Cemetery, 2205 Stratford Avenue, Stratford, with full military honors.
