While on patrol about 11:55 pm October 5, police stopped motorist Adam L. Miller, 19, of 2 Eden Hill Road at the intersection of Wasserman Way and Trades Lane at Fairfield Hills for not having the rear marker plate on his vehicle illuminated.
Police said an investigation led to them press six charges against Miller. Police arrested Miller on charges of failure to illuminate a rear marker plate, driving while under suspension, driving without automotive insurance, failure to notify the state Department of Motor Vehicles of an address change, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
After processing, police released Miller on $200 bail for an October 20 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
