WATERBURY – “Childproofing Your Home,” a program for new parents, grandparents and other caregivers of infants and toddlers, will be held on Wednesday, October 20, from 7 to 9 pm at Waterbury Hospital.

Health educator Deborah Long Pope will explain how to identify hazards throughout the home, from the kitchen to the bathroom, and fire and electrical safety.

The program will be held in the hospital’s fourth floor Bizzozero Conference Room. Seating is limited and pre-registration is required. To register, call the Kids Care Club of Waterbury at 203/575-5200.
