A community tag and vendor sale will be held on Saturday, October 11, from 10 am to 2 pm at the Tier One complex, 31 Pecks Lane. This event is to raise funds for the Ayles family.
According to event co-organizer LeReine Frampton, Kenny Ayles, who recently lost his fight with cancer, “gave so much to our community. This is an opportunity to help his family as they begin to move forward.”
Mr Ayles, who lived in Sandy Hook, is survived by his wife and their two children.
Tag sale tables can also include crafts or vendors. Organizers are requesting vendors each donate a basket for fundraising purposes.
LeReine’s Cuisine restaurant in the complex will be open for refreshments. A donation of $5 will be donated to the Ayles family for every pizza sold.
To reserve a spot or to make arrangements to drop off donations for the Ayles fund contact Anna Wiedemann at 203-426-1035 or Ms Frampton at lereinescuisine@gmail.com.
