Cooking Class

At The Library

Nancy Crevier is returning to the Booth Library to teach another creative cooking class, this time on sandwich spreads.

The class will cover such gourmet spreads as chicken and avocado, black bean humus, mango and tuna, apple and smoked cheddar, and other combinations. In addition to sharing exotic spreads for the inside of the sandwich, Ms Crevier also will demonstrate some new wraps and roll-ups that make for more elegant, less drippy eating. These sandwiches are not designed for children’s lunch boxes, but are suitable for entertaining; many can be adapted as appetizers.

The class will be held in the library’s new meeting room on Tuesday, October 19, from 10:30 am to 2 pm. The supplies fee is $10.  Come with an appetite. Anyone who is interested in attending must register at the library’s main circulation desk.
