Waldorf School Plans Info Evening

The Housatonic Valley Waldorf School will hold an informative evening focusing on the Waldorf Curriculum grades one through five on Thursday, October 11. The program will take place from 7 to 9 pm in the new building at the corner of Route 302 and Jacklin Road, across form the Dodgingtown Firehouse.

The curriculum is designed to introduce each subject at the appropriate developmental stage in the student’s life. It covers, in depth, all basic academic skills, while strengthening the student’s moral purpose and artistic sense. The goal of the Housatonic Valley Waldorf School is to foster the development of well-rounded, capable students who love learning for its own sake.

A presentation on curriculum for grades six to eight will be  presented Thursday, November 8.
