BROOKFIELD — The Brookfield Country Players, in cooperation with the Connecticut Commission on the Arts, will present the Connecticut Lyric Quartet in concert on Saturday, October 16, at 8 pm. The performance is the third event of the playhouse's Millennium Capital Campaign concert series.

The Connecticut Lyric Quartet will perform “Great Music of the Theatre,” including songs of the river, Keats and a Strauss waltz.

Tickets are $15 for all seats. Proceeds will go towards the Country Players' capital improvement fund. Partial funding has been provided through a grant from the Connecticut Commission on the Arts.

The Brookfield Country Players are on Route 25 in Brookfield, behind the library.
