DANBURY â Richard L. Sturdevant, chairman of the Board of Trustees of Union Savings Bank, announced the election of Arnold E. Finaldi, Jr., to the Board of Trustees of Union Savings Bank.
In commenting on Mr Finaldiâs election, Mr Sturdevant stated, âArnie brings a strong business and community background to the board. He will be an asset in helping to shape the future direction of the Bank.â
Mr Finaldi, of Danbury, has been a corporator of the bank since 1997. He is the president of the Settle Agency in Danbury and holds the professional designations of chartered property casualty underwriter, certified insurance consultant, and licensed property/casualty and life/health agent in the state of Connecticut. A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a BS in finance, his is vice chairman of the Danbury Zoning Commission and a member of the CNA Insurance Agents Advisory panel, the Acadia Insurance Agents Advisory Panel, and involved in other community organizations.
