Driving Charges

Police report they stopped motorist Eugene Casivant, 25, of Woodbury on September 26 and charged him with speeding for driving 57 miles per hour in a 30-mph zone. Police said they also charged Casivant with driving under suspension. Police released Casivant for an October 9 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
