AAUW Plans Joint Meeting

FAIRFIELD — The Bridgeport Area American Association of University Women is holding a public meeting to develop cooperative efforts among several local women’s groups on Tuesday, October 17, at 7:15 pm at the Fairfield Woods Library, 1147 Fairfield Woods Road.

Coming to this meeting will be representatives from the 100 Black Women, the League of Women Voters, the National Council of Jewish Women, and Aspira. The public is invited and refreshments will be served. For more information, call Bea Steeneck at 203/255-0356.
