Dorey E. Doxey, 91, of Newtown died September 28 at Bethel Health Care Center in Bethel. Born in Wappingers Fall, N.Y., on March 28, 1918, she was the daughter of Helen E. Lattin Owen and Floyd Owen.

Survivors include her daughters, Virginia Leo of Brookfield and Nancy Lee of New Market, Tenn.; 15 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and 21 great-great-grandchildren. Her husband, Raymond Doxey; a son, Raymond Doxey; and a daughter, Helen Parker, predeceased Mrs Doxey.

Funeral services were held Thursday, October 1. Burial was in Fishkill Rural Cemetery, N.Y.
