Sandy Hook's Show Of Strength And Unity
To the Editor:
So much has changed about our quaint Sandy Hook village since last year’s Passport to Sandy Hook event – it is evident in the “We Are Sandy Hook. We Choose Love” signs in shop windows and the green ribbons and magnets on cars driving through. Sandy Hook looks different this year too – with new sidewalks, crosswalks, lights and landscaping. It has truly been a year of change for our community.
And, yet, through it all, one thing has remained steadfast – our business owners’ commitment to Sandy Hook. Through everything, they have stuck together, unifying our community and pushing forward through a challenging year.
On Saturday, October 12, I invite you to join them in a show of strength and unity for our community. Come, from near and far, to experience all that Sandy Hook has to offer. Join us for live music, face paint, food samples, a chance to win a prize package worth over $3,000 – and, most importantly, a chance to meet over 30 merchants who gave so much to Sandy Hook this year!
Please join us from 11am – 4pm for the 3rd Annual Passport to Sandy Hook. This year’s event has the most merchants participating and largest prize package ever – you can help us ensure it has biggest turnout yet! Visit www.ExperienceSandyHook.com/passport.html for more details.
See you there!
