The estate of Jean Senior recently sold the home at 3 Spruce Drive, Sandy Hook, to David and Melissa Koellmer of Sandy Hook.

Pam McLaughlin, ABR, of Flagpole Realty, Inc listed the property, which was sold by Charlie Vlahos of Blanket Real Estate.

Attorney Ward Mazzucco of Danbury represented the seller and attorney Natalia Smith of Newtown represented the buyers.
