Danbury Bowling Tournament

DANBURY – The Danbury Bowling Association will hold its 45th annual Championship Bowling Tournament November 5 through November 13 (weekends only) at Lore’s Lanes in New Milford.

The tournament is sanctioned by the United States Bowling Congress. First prize in each event is 30% of total fees in that event; net winners (scratch) in all four events shall receive cash prizes equal to 30% of total fees.

All bowlers must meet eligibility rules. Handicaps will be 100% of 220, with no maximum.

The fee is $125 for the five-person team event; $50 for the doubles event; and $25 for the singles event. Walk-ins are welcome. Entries close 30 minutes before final squad. Team entries received by October 29 will be guaranteed a spot and will be eligible for a drawing for a free team entry.
