Wedding Band Scam

The Better Business Bureau (BBB) is warning consumers about the business practices of the online wedding band vendor weddingbandsfast.com. BBB investigated weddingbandsfast.com and weddingbandsfast.com, LLC after receiving an influx of consumer complaints, beginning in April 2007. The grievances were largely from customers who paid for wedding bands, but had failed to receive them.

Furthermore, weddingbandsfast.com neglected to provide paying customers with refunds it guarantees online. The BBB to contacted the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) with its investigative findings.

As a result, the DCP has issued warnings against weddingbandsfast.com, LLC and weddingbandsfast.com, charging them with unfair business practices in violation of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA).
