Scottish Festival

St Andrew’s Society of Connecticut will present its 17th Annual Scottish Festival and Games Saturday, October 7, at the Goshen Fairgrounds on Route 63 in Goshen.

The event will be held from 9 am to 5 pm, rain or shine.

The event will include Scottish athletics, bagpipe bands, highland dancing, country dancing, a dog show, sheep herding, children’s games, a clan village, and a Scottish regiment.

The festival will include food, merchants, books, jewelry, clothing, woven items, and imported foods.

Admission is $8 for adults and $5 for children and senior citizens. Children under 6 enter free. Pet dogs are not allowed.
