Cub Scout Pack 170 is inviting all boys entering first to fourth grade and their siblings to an ice cream social event on Monday, September 28, at Reed Intermediate School, 3 Trades Lane, from 6:45 to 8 pm.

The event is an opportunity for parents and kids to enjoy some treats and learn more about the year-round activities and development opportunities that Cub Scouts provides.

The event is being hosted for recruitment and registration. In addition to registering new scouts, Pack 170 will also be reregistering current scouts for the 2015-16 scout year.

Registration is $55, cash or check payable to Pack 170. For the optional subscription to Boys’ Life magazine, $20 should be added to the payment for returning Scouts or $12 for new Scouts.
