Police are investigating instances of vandalism in which someone spray-painted graffiti on signs at both entrances to the Tilson Woods residential subdivision in Sandy Hook. The signs are located at the entrances to the development at Washington Avenue and at Philo Curtis Road.
The developers of Tilson Woods are offering a $200 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the perpetrators. Persons with information on the criminal mischief may contact the Tilsons at 426-8079.
Moving Violation
Police report they charged motorist Robert C. Pixley, 22, of 48 Bear Hills Road on September 22 with driving while under suspension. After processing the charge, police released Pixley on a $50 bond for an October 7 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
