Interviewing To Get Results

Wayne Szmyt will give a talk at C.H. Booth Library on Tuesday, October 7, at 7 pm, on “Interviewing to Get Results.”

Participants will learn interviewing strategies that will help them articulate who they are and what they are all about. Students will also practice different interview styles through role play and receive constructive feedback on what they are already doing correctly and how they can do even better.

Mr Szmyt is a human resources executive with hands-on leadership experience in Fortune 500 corporations. He has spent the major portion of his career with GE, RCA, and Blue Cross & Blue Shield. Mr Szmyt’s background also includes experience with small, entrepreneurial businesses.
