Making A Difference

To the Editor:

On behalf of the nonprofit Western United Extreme, Inc, Girls’ Premier Soccer organization sponsored by the Newtown Soccer Club, we congratulate Melissa Buccino, Maddie Keane, Allie Korchman, Hannah Maret, Amy Martin, Kendall Svanda, and Brittany Tolla, who made the Newtown High School Varsity Soccer team. All these girls play or have played and made a difference in our top premier programs. Western United Extreme is 100 percent focused on Girls’ Premier Soccer; its teams are Division 1 or Division 2. Also, congratulations to Kelley Gaston who made her Varsity Team at Taft. We know these players will make a difference on the pitch this fall.
